Where have you been all this time?! And no we don't, the vast majority of players have moved to Age of Conan, although you'll see me, Codebulder and Hidden in MxO sometimes, we are not currently an active faction in that game.
Having said all of that, despite popular belief MxO is not a dead game and there are many people still playing that game. Although The Matrix Online has had it's day and it's not like it once was; and thats one of the main reasons for the migration of faction members from MxO to AoC.
It's not all doom and gloom though, you are still very welcome to join the Guild in AoC and talk to us on vent, details of which can be found here.

kinda true would depend on what your idea of a player is thou imo its dead theres no one worth teaming with anymore with the exception of a dragoon but rarely seen no days the last great faction of mxo

I don't play anymore, even if i did sub i fear i would be playing on my own also i think i have had my time on MxO there is nothing left for me there. All that is left is the self indulgent wankers. I'm sure proper PvP is a thing of the past.
