In the new Bond movie Casino Royal At the start he chases a dark coloured fellow who was the co-founder of Pakour through a construction site. Looks great i'm trying to get into it but not much stuf to do it on at the Isle of Wight

Thats some hawt stuff right there. Theres a few people that do it in my town. I think they call it something else. I seen that guy before on some videos. Crazy stuff!

well first you find out how to do the stuff correctly.

a good traceur is well informed.

then you test yourself.

i started with a bench table thing at my park.

got all the vaults down.

then tried other things like wall climbs and balancing on random stuff.

my biggest acheivement is climbing an eleven foot wall.

eventually you'll be able to go without stopping (i'm not there quite yet).

lol alright ill take a vid of me jumping off a 50 foot bridge that should be good for starters

gonna say this without someone jumping down on me. But it truelly reminds me of jackie chan. If u can go back to alot of his movies made in japan, korea, asia. He does many stunts like that dating back to the early 80s. Good one is who am i. He does a bunch of crazy stuff. scaleing a wall, climbing down a wall. jumping crazy distances. Plenty of movies of him doing it. check em out.
