Guild Wars 2 is Ranked #2 on XFire

Since GW2′s release, it has broken records for concurrent users during the head start, held Amazon’s top selling spot for video games, and has had to suspend digital sales to ensure quality gameplay for its player base. As of today, GW2 is ranked #2 on XFire’s list of supported games. This puts them above games such as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Diablo III, and most notably…World of Warcraft.



I think we’re all very interested to see where GW2 stands as far as player retention in the coming weeks. So far, my experience has been mostly all positive, minus the fact that the Trading Post has been down 95% of the time. We do know they are working on getting things running smoothly, and kudos to ANet for keeping us up to date.
