Do you listen to music when gaming?

I listen to a lot of music but can't stand listening to it when trying to concentrate on a game, I've talked to a few people who say that listening to music gets them 'pumped' and can sometimes help their game, make them play better react faster etc.

How do you guys feel about listening to music while gaming?

Oh yea a massive amount. But ofc have it at the more silent moments so i dont miss out conversations on vent

I listen to alot too, you name the genre apart from pop, I'll listen to it.

I don't know why but i just can't concentrate with music on, people talking is fine but if it's music I like I tend to start listening to the music more than paying attention to the game and it bites me in the ass lol.
