Are you more in favour of quick leveling or slow leveling

In Guild Wars 2 the levels just drip by. For many years I believed the point of leveling was exactly that... pointless. I was however naive, this is all relative to the game we are playing. In The Matrix Online it was all about the endgame practically, even just hanging out you weren't much as a low level. It meant something to be a top level, and apart from some useful farm oppotunites in instances, there was no point in being a low level.

In Guild Wars 2 their mantra has been, the entire game is endgame, and to an extent we can see that. WvW, you're bolstered, and same as in sPvP, in PvE you are bolstered or lowered so you can group on an even setting. Truly does it matter what level you are? Especially when we have to consider the fact that over time they want to release content across all zones and not just 80 focused content in the latter zones. Something I prefer personally alot.

What do you guys think about this, and do you think this is a bad idea?

I think i'm gonna unlock most of my dagger skills in PvE as i can then be more effective. Near enough every ele skill is usefull unless you just spec to one area, except earths last skill which is less than useless
