Free gameplay capture soft

Maybe someone knows any free alternative for fraps etc.?
Because i did my research but i didn't find anything because almost every "FREE" soft that i found is free only to the limit...and if you want to use its 100% features you need to pay and most of them cost even more then fraps.
I need to know is my new video card and pc strong enough to handle video recording sessions.

I normally get a cracked version of fraps... that's free. You should try googling it.

I was trying to search for that but until now my attempts failed...but i think i will do that.
