Happy Birthday Laer!!!!

Happy B-Day brother who is 39! I hope he don't mind me saying eheh.
Captain Laer, Rank 3, has been with certainly the Dragoon Brotherhood side of the split since nearly the foundations. Quiet but always observant, much respect is given to him through his time and patience, making him a cool headed Captain.
Certainly what I can say is that when my PC crashed and Captains were leaving, even his own, he stayed and to this day he has utmost thanks.
