cheese soufflee



cheese, bread, eggs, milk, salt and pepper is all that you need for this easy meal.


6 eggs
1 loaf of bread ( white or brown )
grated cheese
2pt of milk
salt and pepper


1. open the bread and remove all the crusts of the bread.
2. mix the eggs and milk and add salt and pepper to your choice.
3. grease your dish or roasting tin with a knob of butter/ marg.
4. cover the base of you tin with the bread then add cheese to cover.
5. then repeat until tin is almost full with bread and cheese but please end with bread on top.
6. tip the egg and milk mix over the top slowly untill it stays above the bread on top.
7. clover with a litle cheese and put in oven at 200 oc for half to forty five minates untill golden brown.


this is a very easy dish to make and using bread as a filling it will not sag in the middle. plus to check it is cooked properly all you have to do is stab int the middle and if it leaks out the eggy mix just put back in for another 5 mins.

[size=18]easy prawn cocktail sauce[/size


tomateo sause
salad cream
viniger


this is really easy per portion
2 table spoons of salad cream to 1 table spoon of tomateo sauce
to 1 table spoon of viniger.

for 2 portions just double amounts and so on
you could add some nutmeg for finish on top af prawn cocktails

tomatoe sauce
brown sauce
viniger


2 tomate sauce to 1 brown sauce to 1 vinager ( table spoons that is )

then just brush over you food before cooking on bbq

minted lamb chop

mint sauce
gray mix


easy to do this one just put chops in tray and spread mint sauce over chops
but gravy mix over top and add 2 pints of water
cover with foil and put in over for 30 mins on 250oc

BURGER NOODLES

2 packs of instant noodles
2 burgers
(per serving)

fry your burgers not oven...chop 'em into pieces until thoroughly cooked.
boil your noodles like normal,throw burgers in with noodles add soy sauce and Encona chilli sauce.. your done!! now serve and add more chili sauce for taste..
