Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

Just read this book a little bit ago and already halfway through another re-read, it's just too damn good.  Any MMO player will appreciate this book.  It's set in a dystopian future, Earth has gone to shit, fossil fuels depleted, economies collapsed, and everything sucks, so most of the population now spends the majority of it's free time in a virtual reality MMO called the Oasis.  The creator of the Oasis dies with no heirs, and so outlines a contest in his will, a contest to find an easter egg he's hidden within the Oasis, worth $140b and a controlling share in his company.  The main character and his friends/rival egg hunters have to work together to out-hunt a mega-corporation called IOI with nearly limitless resources.  So badass.  You should all read it.
